Owning and fully customizing your virtual space is now closer to reality.
With your small office, you can do plenty of things, such as :
- Organizing unlimited online meetings. No more 30 minute timers!
- Invite your clients to your own customized office — with your logo — for a more personalized and innovative approach
- Showcase your art in your own space
- Organize small events
- (Soon) Generate new leads and customers from your office
- (Soon) Customize your own AI assistant
1) If you don’t already own one, head out to our Opensea Collection page and choose one to your liking
Every office looks different. You can visit them to find one that you like. There are 4000 small offices to choose from, including 12 super rare legendaries with a unique style.
2) Once you own your small office, login to your space
You will need to download the Metamask browser extension for this.
Make sure you have selected the Metamask account that holds your Metaplaces small office. You can click on the login button at the bottom right corner to login. It will prompt you to unlock and sign a message on Metamask.
Once logged in, you will see a new button appear on the bottom left:
3) Adding or editing 3D objects
Once you click on the pencil (Environment) button, you’ll have the ability to edit multiple aspects of your space. Let’s start with the objects.
Once you select an object from our Library or upload your own, it gets added in front of your character. Click on it to move it, or to show the Object editor, which allows you to edit the position, the size (scale) or to rotate it to your liking. You can delete it by clicking on the trash icon on the top left corner.
We intend on adding many more items to the library, as well as more features to the object editor in the near future.
4) Customizing your scene
By clicking on Edit Panorama, you can edit your scene’s panoramic background, by either selecting a panorama from our library or generating your scene with AI.
To use AI, simply select Generate with AI and type in your prompt:
5) Editing the lightning and fog settings
You prefer a lighter or darker scene?
You can edit the time of day, light intensity, positioning of the lightning to your liking! Or even remove the sun.
Would you like to have more or less fog ? Remove it completely? Should it be light or dark ?
You can edit this from the Advanced Parameters settings.
6) Not satisfied? Restore your space to its original state
By clicking on Restore Defaults, your space will be good as new. It will revert to its original state, by removing all the objects, scenes and settings you may have added.
